The Via Alta Verzasca is a five day ridge traverse hike above the Valle Verzasca in the Ticino region of Switzerland. Giorgio Matasci sits outside the Capanna Efra, Giorgio is the President of the Società Escursionistica Verzaschese and manages the huts along the route.
